CostQuest Announces Transition to Employee-Owned Company

By: CostQuest’s Communications Team on behalf of CostQuest Associates.

Cincinnati and Seattle – CostQuest Associates (CQA) proudly announces its transition from a partner-owned to an employee-owned company, signifying its commitment to recognizing and rewarding the contributions of its employees.

Much of CostQuest’s success directly correlates to the hard work and dedication of its team members. As the company continues to evolve, the previous partners wanted CostQuest’s employees to be rewarded and recognized for their remarkable efforts.

Effective January 1, 2024, CostQuest officially transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, marking a new chapter for the CostQuest Team. The ESOP model offers additional financial benefits to employees and establishes a long-term ownership and growth path.

As it sets its sights on the future, CostQuest’s leadership wanted to ensure the company’s unique culture stayed intact. Since 1999, CostQuest’s core values have been precision, integrity, excellence, and respect. These core values will now be able to continue and grow in the years to come. This is an exciting step forward for the team, and with deep gratitude and appreciation for CostQuest employees, we look onward to the next chapter.
