CostQuest Associates (CQA) is a broadband consulting firm specializing in economic cost modeling, broadband planning, government advisory, network valuation and appraisal services, and developing GIS (geographic Information System) data for the broadband ecosystem. Our customers range from Fortune 100 companies to government departments at the Federal and State levels. CostQuest is a small company with a large profile within the broadband industry.
