CostQuest is contracted by the Federal Communications Commission to provide the Fabric data to support the FCC’s Broadband Data Collection and select funding programs. This data can be accessed through the FCC Fabric License Tiers – 1, 2, 3, 4. This framework has been designed to support the objectives of the FCC’s programs requiring the use of the Fabric data. These programs include the Broadband Data Collection, the National Broadband Map, National Broadband Funding Map, and ACP and USF obligations. If your organization currently participates in these listed programs, the FCC Fabric license may support these activities, in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement.

CostQuest’s standard commercial license allows organizations to utilize the data (including the option for additional data) for internal business uses. There are three data packages available for a commercial license: Locations, ServiceLandscape, and NetworkPlan. Commercial licensees will receive data refreshes.
